Crime Scene: The evidence you need to solve this puzzle can be found within the Murders at Karlov Manor Bundle.
Your head is spinning, but trace evidence has pointed you in the right direction.
This puzzle is related to the MKM bundle insert and was partially solved on 01-31 (with subsequent speculation/discussion) prior to the Mystery File’s release on 02-12.
The bundle includes an oversized red (ruby? :P) spindown missing numerals on the 2 and 16 face, and the below insert
As the insert hints, we can look through the ‘diabolical scheme’—by looking at the bundle through the spindown (or simulating it). You can do it yourself, but I also have a filtered version below the evidence fold for your convenience.
The Mystery File also provides us the following sequence:

The solution follows fairly easily given the filtered image and Mystery File provided info

We can see in the filtered version that there are several symbols with 'helper lines' extruding from them. If we connect the dots, we get something like this (colors not significant, only to distinguish separate patterns)
This is where we stalled initially. We had guessed DGM 10, but didn't find an obvious corresponding MKM card.
The Mystery File provides us the means to actually solve it - a sequence of 6 characters matching the ones in the filtered image, and you'll notice each simple has a little filled in section to help indicate orientation. By orienting the symbol formed by connecting the dots according to the sequence, we have the following: DGM 109.
That gives us Tithe Drinker as the solution card and the corresponding MKM card seems to be Leering Onlooker (with similar flanking thrulls)
