This puzzle was originally solved on 01-16, prior to the Mystery File’s release on 02-04. It involves identifying a hint hidden in certain booster fun MKM cards, specifically borderless ones.
the strange scenes - solution
The borderless typed taplands can be arranged into a panorama in order to spell out a clue - RNA32x5+4
32x5 + 4 = 164, collector number 164 in RNA is Cult Guildmage. Notably, the Jace puppet depicted also shows up in Case of the Stashed Skeleton
